Disney World Promos out the Wazoo
Tis the season for Disney promos! One of my favorite parts about my job is price monitoring. That means that promo release days are very fun and exciting for me and I absolutely LOVE reaching out to clients to let them know I was able to save them money without them probably even knowing a promo released. It’s such a fun surprise! I’ve saved my clients thousands of dollars without them having to do a thing. (And don’t forget my services are complimentary).
Some people are fooled into thinking "I should wait to book until a promo is released.” The sad truth is that often, by the time you realize the promo released, it’s already sold out for your dates and/or resort. That’s right. DISNEY PROMOS SELL OUT! They only allot so many promos per resort and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Sometimes you can get lucky and someone might cancel and in a freak accident you find one later, but my main advice is to not wait.
Here are some scenarios you might be thinking about:
If I book a trip too soon in advance, what happens if I decide not to travel anymore?
What if I book now and don’t like the promo that releases later?
What if I need to change my dates?
What if a better promo releases?
I’m not going to lie. A lot of things are complicated when it comes to Disney. There are a lot of things to learn, even a whole new language… lightning lanes, ADR’s, BBB, rope dropping (I could go on and on). But one area that Disney makes super simple is cancellations and modifications. You can cancel for a full refund up until 30 days before you travel and, as long as the dates you want are available, swapping to different dates is super easy. And as far as the last question goes… I will check every new promotion from the time you book until the time you travel to make sure we keep the best rate.
